Banda jazz latin BRICOJAZZ

BRICOJAZZ neix com a trio l'any 2007, l'objectiu es crear un una formació de latin-jazz estable i força peculiar, el ritme fresc de les congas/percussions (Salva Herrandiz), el so càlid del contrabaix (Paco Lopez), la brillantor harmònica del saxo (Ivan Gomez) i l'exotic so del "steel drum" (Txarls Magret) donen forma al seu "jazz casolà", amb un repertori de versions i temes propis clarament influenciats pel latin-jazz 60's-70's creat per musics com: Cal Tjader, Herbie Mann, Mongo Santamaría, Willie Bobo o Tito Puente entre d'altres. Mes tard es converteix en "formació oberta" degut a les diverses incorporacions i col•laboracions de altres musics provinents de diferents grups i estils musicals. L'espectacle que ofereix la banda, es basicament un concert de latin-jazz (instrumental-comentat), que intenta de apropà el latin-jazz al públic de totes les edats i condicións, d'una forma melòdica, divertida i agradable. Des de 2010 en què van fer el seu debut al públic, la banda a tocat en tot tipus d'esdeveniments, festivals, teatres, bars,xiringuitos.... FESTIVAL JAZZ GALET CLUB DE SANT POL, FESTIVAL CREU ROCK CANET, TEATRE LA LIRA DE TREMP, LA PALMA TEIA, SALA LA REBEL, CAVES MONT-FERRANT, BAR LOLLIPOP, BAR 100ú, LA TROBADA, XIRINGUITO LA DORADA, CAN TENAS, FESTES DE SANT JOAN A TORÀ, TAKE IT EASY PUERTO DE MASNOU... .................................................................. BRICOJAZZ nace como trío el año 2007, el objetivo es crear un una formación latin-jazz estable y bastante peculiar, el ritmo fresco de las congas / percusiones (Salva Herrándiz), el sonido cálido del contrabajo (Paco Lopez ), el brillo armónico del saxo (Ivan Gomez) y el exótico timbre del "steel drum" (Txarls Magret) dan forma a su "jazz casero", con un repertorio de versiones y temas propios claramente influenciados por el latin-jazz 60's-70 's creado por músicos como: Hay Tjader, Herbie Mann, Mongo Santamaría, Willie Bobo o Tito Puente entre otros. Más tarde se convierte en "formación abierta" debido a las diversas incorporaciones y colaboraciones de otros músicos provenientes de diferentes grupos y estilos musicales. El espectáculo que ofrece la banda, es básicamente un concierto de latin-jazz (instrumental-comentado), que intenta acercar el latin-jazz al público de todas las edades y condiciones, de una forma melódica, divertida y agradable. Desde el año 2010 en el que izo su debut al publico, la banda a actuado en todo tipo de eventos, festivales, teatros, salas, bares, chiringuitos....
